Richard Spisak began creating media as a child. Drawing painting writing and then recording. His first mixed media art pieces were constructed from found pieces of WASTE GLASS mounted in Shoe Boxes with cutouts for Light to enter at various angle.
Later he had the opportunity to attend the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra while just a youngster in grade school. He picked up TRUMPET and diligently practiced and practiced and when he entered MIDDLE SCHOOL, he was selected to lead a pep band in JUNIOR HIGH. And then was selected to lead the high school orchestra and marching band.
Moving to Miami he had success as an artist and his artwork was selected for the Yearbook. While in High School he was introduced to LUMONICS a performance Light Art Collective. He began studying performance LIGHT ART with Mel Tanner. Later hired as a MULTIMEDIA ARTIST at the Miami Space Transit Planetarium. Later after going on the road with Dazzleland Studios Kenvin Lyman who in addition to being a very talented musician, also had earned a DOCTORATE in LUMIA from the SORBONNE.
Later Richard was hired as an assistant LASERIST by LASERIUM, and the as a full LASER ARTIST by LASER PRODUCTIONS. Later adding 2d and 3D animation to his toolkit. Richard took LASER SHOWS on the road Internationally.
Trained as a Video Editor at VIDEO CITY Studios in N. Miami Florida Richard went on to assume the responsibilities of Senior Producer and Operations Manager at WTCN/WWHB TV Stations in Jensen Beach Florida.
